Kovalam Beaches: Kovalam consists of three successive crescent beaches, the most popular being the Lighthouse Beach. The middle beach is called Hawah, while the northern beach is Samudra.
Castle Kovalam: This sprawling palace houses paintings of Lord Krishna and his cowherds. Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple: This imposing seven-storied tower is an excellent example of the Dravidian style of architecture.
Veli Lagoon (Tourist Village): This wonderful waterfront park is an ideal picnic spot where the lake merges with sea.
